was formed and established on 24 th May 2002 . This is a proprietorship concern headed by Mr.V.R.K.Rao . This company was established exclusively for the purpose of providing Housekeeping/Maintenance and other Allied Services. Requisite permissions, Licences and Registrations were obtained.

Since its inception an exclusive Managerial Staff were appointed who had sufficient knowledge and experience behind them to efficiently carryout the task of Housekeeping/Maintenance and other requirements under this Company.

The Company is housed at No.6-3-1082, Rajbhavan Road , Somajiguda, Hyderabad – 500 082. This Company has been taking up services connected to Housekeeping/Maintenance, Security and Outsourcing of supporting manpower that goes with it depending on the requirements of the Institutions we are serving.

Over the years SPARKS SECURITY & MAINTENANCE SERVICES has been providing services to M/s. Global Trust Bank Ltd and to the present M/s. ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE. Depending upon requirement being a financial Institution even Armed Security guards are provided at various Branches of M/s. ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh , apart from Housekeeping/Maintenance staff. Similarly, it has been providing men and material to various other Financial Institutions within the State of Andhra Pradesh , apart from Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission and other Private Companies/Agencies.

Over the years this Company having started with a strength of 32-40 personnel has systematically grown in strength & size due to its proficiency, effective supervision and dedicated manpower at both the grass root levels and the Managerial Cadre.
